Criteria Cognitive Ability Test (CCAT)
Offering more traditional approach to assessing cognitive aptitude, the CCAT tests candidates’ ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills and think critically. Ideal for mid-level, professional and leadership roles. The CCAT is a 15-minute test containing 50 questions.
Universal Cognitive Aptitude Test (UCAT)
The UCAT offers a language-independent method of assessing aptitude, which makes it ideal for international use and easily translatable. It measures problem solving ability, critical thinking, attention to detail and analytical skills in a 20-minute test with 40 questions.
General Aptitude Mobile Evaluation (GAME)
This assessment measures critical thinking, attention to detail and learning ability via a short, game-based assessment. Candidates complete three short games that take around 5-6 minutes in total.
Criteria Mechanical Reasoning Assessment (CMRA)
This short, mobile-friendly assessment measures candidates’ mechanical aptitude; in other words, their ability to use and maintain equipment and machinery. It’s a 15-minute test with 30 questions and is ideal for occupations that require operating, maintaining and servicing machinery, tools and equipment.
Criteria Attention Skills Test (CAST)
The CAST measures how well candidates can concentrate and sustain focus on tasks while avoiding distractions, and is particularly useful for roles which require attention to detail and steady concentration such as skilled manufacturing, video surveillance and drivers. The test takes around 10 minutes to complete.

Employee Personality Profile (EPP)
This comprehensive personality inventory assesses candidates across twelve traits: Achievement, Assertiveness, Competitiveness, Conscientiousness, Cooperativeness, Extroversion, Managerial, Motivation, Openness, Patience, Self-Confidence and Stress Tolerance. Useful for any role, it provides valuable insight into how candidates are likely to interact with customers, colleagues and management. The test has 140 items and takes around 10 minutes to complete. An ability-based measure of emotional intelligence, which offers candidates and engaging and immersive assessment experience across any device. Work Productivity Profile (WPP)
Identify candidates will be conscientious, reliable and productive by assessing four traits: Conscientiousness, Perseverance, Integrity/Honest and Attitudes Towards Theft and Fraud. This flexible tool makes it easy to create custom tests to use during recruitment and onboarding. It’s ideal for creating tests that evaluate specific subject matter, for example a test on legal knowledge in a particular area or certain technology in your industry. You can also use TestMaker to track on-boarding progress for new employees and survey your current teams.
