Who are we?

At Revelian, we’re captured by the intrigue and intricacy of human behaviour.

But most of all, we’re passionate about people. We develop technology that uncovers insights about capability, motivation, skills and behaviours to help people discover their place.

We help match people to their ideal work environment so they can find fulfilment and are pushed to reach their full potential.

Work that’s enjoyable, challenging and meaningful looks different for everyone, and our assessments arm you with information about yourself to help you on that journey.

Why you’re here

You might be wondering why you have been asked to complete a Revelian assessment.

Completing an assessment is your chance to show your potential employer extra and important things about your abilities that are impossible to show in a resume or interview.

It also gives your potential employer more insight into your personality and behaviour at work, and paints a picture of how you might fit into their existing team and culture.

How can I prepare for the assessments? Can I study or practice for them?

The absolute best thing you can do before you start your assessments is to make sure you’re feeling well-rested and alert, and ready to give the assessments your best effort.

Before you start each of the assessments, you’ll be given comprehensive instructions and the opportunity to complete some practice questions to familiarise yourself with the process.

In general, Revelian assessments aren’t the kind of tests you can study or practice for. In some cases, there is no right or wrong answer –just your own personal opinions and preferences; in other cases, the assessments are measuring your innate abilities and aptitudes rather than abilities that can be learned.

For this reason, there’s really no way to study for the assessments and it’s best to focus on ensuring you’re comfortable and won’t be disturbed while you complete your tests.
