Each mini-game is timed, and it will take you approximately 15 minutes to complete all of the games, including tutorials.
What is Revelian Theme Park Hero (RTPH)?
This assessment is likely to be different to those you may have completed in the past. Theme Park Hero is a game-based assessment in which you assume the role of a theme park manager and are required to oversee the operation of the park. This assessment has been shown to measure several traits and abilities that have strong links to job performance.

How do I complete Theme Park Hero?
Before commencing, you will complete a tutorial to help you become familiar with how to play the game. When you start the game, there are multiple games to complete and each game is timed, with the game taking a total of 15 minutes to complete.
In the Make a Splash mini-game, you’ll need to create designs for a new water park by fitting the pieces into the grid as quickly as you can.
In the Balloon Blast mini-game, you’ll be asked to pop balloons meeting certain criteria as quickly as you can.
How can I prepare for the assessment?
This assessment is designed to measure abilities and traits that don’t rely on any specific knowledge, so it’s not something you can effectively study for. Completing the tutorial and reading all instructions carefully will help you prepare.
In addition, it is very important to ensure you’re in a comfortable environment free from distraction and that you complete the assessment to the best of your ability.
In the Short Circuits mini-game, you’ll need to mentally rotate the image on the blueprint and then replicate it on the circuit board on the left.
In the Tricky Tokens mini-game, you’ll be asked to identify which group of tokens has the highest value.
