Revelian is an innovation-driven Australian company at the forefront of providing unique psychometric tests, surveys, games and communications analytics. We deliver insights to inform people decisions that help organisations recruit the right people, develop employees, as well as enhance and align team culture and performance.
We are an established presence, having started with a small team in 1999, then known as Onetest. Since then we have grown significantly to become leaders in HR technology in Australia. Revelian’s clients include some of Australia’s largest retailers, mining and construction companies, financial institutions and government agencies. We have made psychometric testing accessible and affordable for small to medium enterprises.
While we are a trusted and reliable company, our various business streams remain subject to the principles of a start-up mentality. We are always experimenting and developing ideas that will improve the way technology and psychology is harnessed to enhance people decisions. Revelian is characterised by agility and passion, but we remain conscious of creating solutions that are effective and easy to use, and make a difference within your business.
From the outset, Revelian has been a company founded on innovation. We made the move from paper-based assessments administered by psychologists to remote, unsupervised testing online.
We proved that sophisticated tools to understand and analyse people could be made more convenient and user-friendly without losing their value or rigour. Those principles still apply today but we offer a much broader range of tools. The key to Revelian’s success is being data-driven.
We understand our own team, our clients’ needs and our market, then we build or provide the services needed to meet and exceed expectations. We look beyond our own field and find ways to bring the best of technology to human resource management, combined with our expertise in psychology and data analytics. Revelian has pioneered gamification in psychometric testing and big data for HR.
